American-Moroccan rapper, French Montana has reportedly remained in the intensive care unit after being hospitalized last week for suffering from cardiac issues and nausea.
The 35-years old rapper took to his Twitter page on Monday to give fans an update on his health status. He wrote with a video clip of the scene from his hospital bed.
“6 days in ICU [prayer emoji],” he tweeted with the video. A close-up of the medical board in the room revealed doctors and nurses are helping him “manage pain.”
Montana’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
Page Six confirmed last Thursday that Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, was hospitalized after experiencing severe stomach pains as well as an elevated heart rate.
National Sportslink had earlier reported on Nov. 21 that French Montana was rushed to the hospital for “intense” stomach pain, nausea and a raised heart rate. Initial reports stated that Montana was expected to be released by Friday (Nov. 22), which happened to not be the case, as docs wanted an extended look at the Bronx native.
