Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been awarded the award of best striker
for the 2020-21 Serie A campaign. This will come as no surprise considering the
Portuguese topped the goalscoring charts with an impressive 29 goals in only 33
matches, including sitting out of our final fixture of the campaign
The Portugal international beat out the likes of Romelu Lukaku, who was second in
the scoring standings with 24, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who found the net 15 times in
the Italian top flight to scoop the award.
Cristiano Ronaldo has been in top form this season scoring goals in Serie A.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has added another feather to his cap by winning
the Serie A Best Striker award after a season in which he finished top scorer with
29 goals in 33 appearances for fourth-placed Juventus.
