Africa the Roots of Buddhism
by Ndagi Abdullahi
Buddhism is today said to be a philosophy or a religion that spread from India to China and that it is centered on the personality of the Buddha. The Buddha was said to have been an Indian prince who tried to reform the ancient religion of Brahmanism or Hinduism which was corrupted by the inhuman caste system that condemned some section of the human society to perpetual exploitation and oppression.
We are all familiar with the story of Gautama Buddha the founder of Buddhism. He was a prince born to a royal family in northeast India in a village called Lumbini on the border with Nepal. He grew up never knowing the outside world, the suffering of the ordinary people outside the walls of the palace. But one day he got outside and saw the suffering of the people. He consequently left the palace for life and began living the life of a Buddha. They said he sat under the lob tree under which he became The Enlightened and in the process came up with the religion of Buddhism.
The Problems with the Story of Buddhism
That is what we are taught about Buddhism by conventional scholarship. But the more we study the details and peculiarity of the Buddhist religion the more we discover more and more facts that were not apparent to us at first sight. We see that there are so many other things about the religion of Buddhism that have not been told by conventional scholarship.
Now then, and for anybody who ever attempt to study Buddhism in greater details from independent perspectives one will immediately see so many things wrong with this conventional story that we are told about Buddhism. For instance we are told that Buddhism was a reformation of Hinduism but a careful study of both Buddhism and Hinduism will leave one with an inconclusive question as to which is actually older, Hinduism or Buddhism. The fact is that, and against the claims of modern conventional knowledge, Buddhism atimes appears to be older than Hinduism itself. And if Buddhism is older than Hinduism then Buddhism could not have been a reformation of Hinduism.
The point here is that the religion of Buddhism itself is far older than we are being told. A careful and meticulous look at the religion of Buddhism will readily show the fact that the religion of Buddhism was not founded in the 6th century BC but had been around since time immemorial. Buddhism is far older than we are being told today.
As a matter of fact it is becoming more and more clear that the Indians and the Chinese or the Asians in general don’t truly know the true origins of Buddhism because they were not the founders of Buddhism. The truth of the matter is that Buddhism was founded in and originated from here in the heart of Black Negro Africa hundreds of thousands of years ago before it eventually spread to India and all other parts of the Asian continent.
Buddhism is evidently a very ancient religion of Black Negro Africa and the form in which we see it today is simply the form it has adapted after it was adopted by the Indians and the Chinese, and the Oceanians as their religion. Buddhism was founded and flourished here in the heart of Black Negro Africa for several centuries on end before it was exported to India and the rest of Asia by Black African Negro missionaries from here in the heart of Black Negro Africa.
It is not surprising that Buddhism originated here and was exported by Black African Negro missionaries to India and Asia because we see that so many others of the religions and spiritual practices that we see practiced in Asia today are actually of Black African Negro origins. Yoga, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Shaolin, Shintoism, Taoism, and so many other religions and spiritual exercises that we see among the Indians and the Chinese today were originally founded and practiced back here in the heart of Black Negro Africa before they were eventually exported by Black African Negro missionaries to China and the rest of Asia.
So, we shouldn’t be surprised at all that Buddhism was also originally a Black African Negro religion that was finally exported to the Indus Valleys and thence to the rest of Asia.
We need to mark the fact also that Buddhism also has a lot in common with other world religions such as Mithraism and Christianity such that it is now becoming clear to research workers that Buddhism and Mithraism and Christianity were at a time one and the same religion. In other words Gautama Buddha was the Indian depiction or version of Jesus Christ.
But more importantly is the fact that there are overwhelming documentary evidences and proofs to the effect that the Buddhism did not originate from India and that the Buddha was, after all, not an Indian. There is enough documentary evidence to prove that Buddhism originated from Africa and that the Buddha was, after all, a Black Negro African.
There is also enough evidence demonstrating the fact that Buddhism has been around for far longer than conventional Western scholarship is telling us today. Conventional Western scholarship is of the view that Buddhism was founded some 2500 years ago or somewhere around 500 BC. But the truth of the matter is that Buddhism has actually been around since time immemorial. Even Elijah Muhammad, of the Nation of Islam fame, used to say that Buddhism is some 35,000 years old.
Buddhism is actually far older than even the 35,000 years of Elijah Muhammad. The truth is that Buddhism is a very ancient religion and the fact that it is centred on the personality of the Buddha is one great way to prove that it is a very ancient religion of way of life that has been around for probably hundreds of thousands of years.
All we need to do is to take a closer look at the very figure or personality of the Buddha himself and we will see that the Buddha actually lived as a historical figure on the face of this very planet earth but that was over a hundred thousand years, if not hundreds of thousands of years, ago.
Siddharta Gautama Buddha was a Black African Negro
But then one of our first steps in unraveling the true personality of the Buddha will be to let the uninformed be aware of the fact that ‘Buddha’ is a title and not a personal name. There were several Buddhas in the history of Buddhism.
Gautama Buddha was not the only Buddha even though it is his name that have become some associated with the title ‘Buddha’ today. But then we should also mark the fact that even though Gautama Buddha was not the only Buddha, he was the first of the Buddhas and he is therefore the Buddha whose true personality we will endeavour to unravel since he is in effect the prototype Buddha.
We are told today that Gautama Buddha was an Indian prince. The truth however is that this modern story of the biography of Gautama Buddha is not entirely true. This modern story about the biography of Gautama Buddha is merely a latter adaptation of the original biography of the true Gautama Buddha who was a Black African Negro prince who was born, lived, flourished and died here in the heart of Black Negro Africa hundreds of thousands of years ago.
We discover, for instance, that there are some details about the life and times of Buddha himself that we have not been told. This shouldn’t be surprising considering the fact that both Western and Eastern scholarships are unanimously agreed that what we are told as the biography of Siddharta Gautama Buddha today were actually compiled several centuries, if not millennia, after his time and that nobody for sure know who Gautama Buddha really is today.
The truth of the matter is that the story we are being told as the biography of Gautama Buddha today is not the true story or the real biography of the true Gautama Buddha.
We see for instance that in almost all the portrayals of Buddha as a statue he is consistently portrayed as a Black African Negro with cornrow curly hair and not with the straight hair of the Indians or the Asians that we should expect if he were truly an Indian.
As a matter of fact the more we dig into the life and times of Gautama Buddha the more we see that he was originally a Black African Negro saint and not an Indian as we are being told by conventional scholarship today.
That Gautama Buddha was a Black African Negro is easily and irrefutably substantiated by the fact that all portrayals of Gautama Buddha as a statue or idol in almost all the Buddhist temples all over India and China and the rest of Asia and Oceania depicts Gautama Buddha with Black African Negro physiognomy.
Godfrey Higgins, and other workers, were among the earliest of European workers to objectively point out the fact that the Buddha is portrayed with striking features of a Black African Negro in almost all the Buddhist temples.
These earliest of European researchers immediately noticed that the Buddha was always, and invariably, portrayed with the ‘corn knob’ or ‘curly’ Negroid hair, the broad and flat Negro nose, the thick African lips and other overly African facial features in all the Buddhist temples. They also noticed that all over India and Asia the Buddha was always painted black to indicate the colour of his skin as being of a Black Negro.
It was all these observations that led those earliest of the European researchers into Buddhism to conclude that the Buddha was a Black African Negro.
Gautama Buddha as we have said before is a Black African Negro. And so also was Jesus of course. And the same also goes with Mithra the founder of Mithraism. As a matter of fact Mithra is nothing but the Latin from of Misra or Masara which was the national name of Black Negro Africa in very ancient times.
And the same goes with the Buddha. A careful study of the physiognomy of the Buddha as depicted in all his statues all over the Asian continent readily shows his Black African Negroid features. The question we should ask is why would the Indians and the Chinese continue to portray the Buddha as a Black African Negro instead of as an Indian or as a Chinese if Siddharta Gautama Buddha was not originally a Black Africa Negro?
The truth of the matter is that Gautama Buddha was born, lived, flourished and died here in the heart of Black Negro Africa hundreds of thousands of years ago. It was the religion he founded and the cult that developed around his personality that eventually spread from the heart of Black Negro Africa to India and thence to the rest of Asia in very ancient times.
Furthermore even the Buddhist traditions themselves categorically maintained that the Buddha and Buddhism was not originally indigenous to China where it has its largest followers today. They said Buddhism came from the west, from India.
India was a Black African Colony
But Buddhism cannot be original to India too because the Gautama Buddha, the founder of Buddhism, was not an Indian; Gautama Buddha was a Black African Negro. If Gautama Buddha was a Black African Negro then Buddhism must have originated from Black Negro Africa.
This is substantiated by the fact that India was, at a very remote time in the past, a colonial possession of Black Negro Africa. Yes, at a very remote time in prehistory the whole of the Indian subcontinent was colonized by Black African Negro world emperors. The Ethiopian scripture or the Book of the Kebra Negast categorically narrated that India used to be a colony of Black African Negro world emperors known as the Nejasi or Negus. And the Kebra Negast even went on to list and chronicle the lives and times of these great Black African Negro kings who rule over India while they sit on their thrones right back here in Black Negro Africa.
Incidentally the Indian narrations regarding the biography of Gautama Buddha also mentioned that Gautama Buddha was a member of the Naga race of Indians who reigned supreme and ruled over India in very ancient times. The Nagas are well known as being among the first people to found and establish culture and civilization in the Indus Valley.
The Black African Negro Nagas found an almighty civilization in India. The Nagari civilization was a super civilization the like of which India has not witnessed again to this very day. So great and almighty was the civilization of the Nagas that to this very day Indian traditions regarding the Nagas claimed that the Nagas were gods – the same kind of reptilian gods that were placed in the realm of the Jinns and the daemons in all the scriptures and mythologies from all parts of the world.
The traditions are that the Nagas were a race of gods or half-human half-gods who came from Black Negro Africa to establish civilization and culture over India and the rest of the world in very ancient times. They said that the Nagas initially settled and established their high civilization on Naganadu which was in those days a gigantic island between Africa and India far much larger than the island nation of Madagascar of today.
But the Indian traditions mentioned that Gautama Buddha was of the Naga race. This, of course, means that Gautama Buddha was a Black African Negro from Africa. Furthermore, since Gautama Buddha was a Naga then he must have lived and died a very long time ago in remote prehistory – the 500 BC being assigned to him by modern Western scholarship being utterly unrealistic. The Naga civilization flourished hundreds of thousands of years ago and Gautama Buddha, being a Naga, must have been born, lived, flourished and died a very long time ago, probably hundreds of thousands of years ago in those far off eras when Africa was the seat of world power and when Black Negro Africa ruled over the entire world.
Sara One World Religion
The culture and civilization of the Naga who were originally Black African Negroes but whose advanced culture and high civilization ended up spreading from Africa to engulf the entire world in its one world sovereignty was simply one of such several sub-civilizations integral to the super civilization of Sara. It is to this super civilization of Sara that many other ancient civilizations of the world, all of which were actually Black African and Negroid, belong including those of the Cushites, the Celtics and the Druids of Europe, the Kamat of the ancient Egyptians, Hindu of the Indus Valley, Masara or Mizraim of Middle Africa, and so on and on.
Sara was also a one world religion. In other words Sara was a Black African Negro religion which spread from Black Negro Africa to engulf the rest of the entire world. This ancient one world, Black African Negro religion of Sara was certainly the one Godfrey Higgins identified as Pandeism or the mother religion from all other religions of latter times, including our modern world religions, originated from.
Sara was a way of life, an all-encompassing culture, a high religion and a super civilization that conquered the entire world by spreading from here the heart of Black Negro Africa to all other parts of the world.
The founder of this Pandeism world religion of Sara was variously known to ancients as Osiris, Dionysus, Horus, Kristna or Krishna, Yashua or Yesu. The classical Greeks, famously including Diodorus Siculus, wrote that Osiris was a Black African Negro world emperor who came from the heart of Black Negro Africa, that is from ancient West Africa in general and ancient Nigeria in particular, to spread the religion and civilization of Sara to all other parts of the world. Diodorus Siculus wrote that it was this Black African Negro Osiris, the world emperor, who founded the various civilizations of the ancient Egyptians, the Arabians, the Indians, and so on and on.
Ancient Egyptian mythology also categorically narrated that Osiris came from the south, from Black Negro West Africa, to establish the ancient civilization of Egypt on the Nile Delta which was in those days heavily inundated and waterlogged.
This Black African Negro world emperor called Osiris or Dionysus, who came from the West Africa of ancient times, was an extraordinary world emperor who conquered and ruled over the entire world in those very far off days. Osiris or Dionysus was so great a world emperor that a religious cult developed around his godlike personality and he became the subject of reverential veneration and worship in is own Sara or Pandeism world religious which later on gave birth to the various daughter world religions some of which have survived right onto our modern times. One of these daughter religions that the Sara or Pandeism world religion of Osiris gave birth to and that have survived right unto our modern times is the religion of Buddhism.
Research workers, including D.M. Murdock popularly known as Acharya S, have conclusively demonstrated the fact the Gautama Buddha at the centre of Buddhism is nobody other than the same Black African Negro world emperor variously known as Osiris, Dionysus, Horus, Mithra, Isis, Krishna, Yashua or whatever.
This Black African Negro world emperor conquered and ruled over the entire world in very ancient times and that is why is legend is to be found among all the different peoples, natons and races from all parts of the world with each calling him a different name according to their locality and with each revering and worshipping him with their own particular religion. Different religions have therefore appeared in different parts of the world all centred on the veneration and worship of this monumental figure we call the Gautama Buddha in the context of our present treatise.
We are not aware today of the fact that in the distant and prehistoric past Africa was a world superpower and that Africa was the origin of various cultures, civilizations and religions that spread from Black Negro Africa to engulf and overwhelmed the entire world. People like Drusilla Dunjee Houston have talked about the fact that world civilizations like that of Kush actually spread from Black Negro Africa to cover the entire world.
And these ancient cultures, civilizations and religions that spread from Africa to the rest of the world were not just some simple or ordinary culture, civilization or religion but were very advanced, high cultures, civilizations and religions that were far more advanced than what is obtainable with our modern Western civilization.
The ancients are fully aware of this fact to the effect that the entire world was once upon a time ruled over by Black Negro Africa.
And then we should also note the fact that at a time in the past the entire world was wholly populated and inhabited by the Black Negros alone as in the beginning there were not White people or pale skin people for that matter in any part of the world. The entire world was initially populated only by the Black African Negro people for several millennia, if not millions of years, on end.
It is in this context that Black African Negro cultures, civilizations and religions have spread out from the heart of Africa which was the capital of the world that was entirely Black in those days to the rest of the world.
Even when the White races began to emerge they were still restricted to living as barbarian cavemen outside the folds of civilization and the entire civilized world was completely Black and Negroid for a very long time.
It was in such a Black Negro world order that religions like Buddhism have spread from the heart of Black Negro Africa to all the other parts of the world that were Negroid in those days. In fact Buddhism is only the modern name to a very ancient Black African Negro religion that was only adopted later on by the Indians and rest of the Asians in latter times.
Now then if we take a close look at the tenets and teachings of Buddhism we also see that it is basically a very ancient and prehistoric religion whose roots and tenets can actually be traced back to Black Negro Africa in those days when Black Negro Africa was dominating and ruling the world.
The story of Siddharta Gautama Buddha being born as an Indian prince in an Indian palace in Lumbini, Nepal is evidently apocryphal.
