Liverpool are interested in signing FC Porto
by Tottenham Hotspur. According to the Portuguese journalist Pedro Sepulveda, and
confirmed by Fabrizio Romano, Spurs have made a bid for Luis Diaz worth 45 million
euros (37.6 million pounds) plus add-ons.
Luis Diaz has taken his game to another level this season after putting in some
impressive performances for Colombia at last year’s Copa America, where he was the
joint top scorer with Lionel Messi.
Across all competitions, he has scored 16 goals and provided six assists in 28 games,
with 14 of those goals and five of those assists coming in 18 league matches.

NSL LEANRT: Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp was impressed with the 24-year-old
winger’s displays in Liverpool’s Champions League group stage games against Porto.
However, Liverpool are in desperate need of some reinforcement as they will be
without Sadio Mane for a little while longer after the striker put his body on the line
to see Senegal passed Cape Verde.
Mane picked up a concussion after colliding with the opposition goalkeeper, who was
sent off, but then scored the opening goal just minutes later.
