WWE superstar Big E who cashed in his Money In The Bank contract to win the gold
from Bobby Lashley last month, stepped into the boxing world on Friday night as he
introduced both Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder for their epic third fight in
Las Vegas. In a video playing just before the epic clash, he said: ‘Elusive and tough,
a clinical slugger with a wicked way of words. This dude will eat a punch, laugh in
your face, knock you out and smile again.
‘A big fella doing big things. Big bouts. Big dreams. The Gypsy King. No man on this
planet has beaten him. Come at the king – you best not miss. Feel the power! Clap for
the champ! This is Tyson Fury!’
Looking sharp, the champ is no stranger to grand stages after appearing at
SummerSlams, WrestleManias, and countless huge shows.
He was right on form here, and he also hyped up Wilder in the same video.
He said: ‘So, the script is flipped and that man has finally lost his zero. But in this
game, it’s all about revenge. Hey now, this cat? Even more dangerous than before,
because if your goal isn’t to be on top, you don’t deserve to be here.
‘He’s been haunting the souls of the heavyweight division, knocking down every dude
he’s faced. Damn!
‘He’s a new man, with a new mindsight, but that same old golden right hand. It’s a
New Day! Let me [introduce] the Bronze Bomber, Deontay Wilder! Say it with me
now… Bomb Squad!’
The fight itself saw Fury knock out his rival in the eleventh round as he extended his
undefeated record in professional boxing to 32 fights.
