Leicester were beaten 1-0 by Legia Warsaw in the Europa League, thanks to a fine
strike from Mahir Emreli, Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers rested some of his big
players – and was left to regret it as his side lost 1-0 to Legia Warsaw.
The Foxes boss brought Jamie Vardy, Harvey Barnes, and James Maddison off the
bench in the second half of their Europa League clash when behind.
But it proved too little too late as Mahir Emreli proved to be the matchwinner in
Poland.

Leicester made a sloppy start to the game, and it was no surprise that it was the hosts
who poked their noses in front.
Mahir Emreli bagged his 10th of the season when he held of Daniel Amartey and
smashed in an effort that came off the post to beat Kasper Schmeichel.
It was no surprise when Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers called on the big guns in
the second half, with Barnes, Vardy, and Maddison coming off the bench.
