Manchester United are reportedly plotting a move for Real Madrid superstar
Raphael Varane. Varane will have just one year remaining on his contract with Madrid
at the end of the season and the 28-year-old is considering a move to the Premier League
after spending 10 seasons in the Spanish capital.
The Red Devils have made the defender their No.1 transfer target
this summer. Ole Gunnar Solskjær is looking to sign a defensive partner for
Harry Maguire. Villarreal center-back Pau Torres and Sevilla’s Jules Kounde are also
on Solskjaer’s shortlist but United are now pressing ahead with a move for Varane.

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is yet to agree on a contract extension with the club.

If Ramos leaves, Real Madrid are unlikely to let go of Raphael Varane this summer.
