Gunmen abduct Taraba Deputy Governor’s PA

Unknown gunmen have abducted Alhaji Bala Baba, the Personal Assistant to Taraba Deputy Governor

NSL Learnt Bala was abducted from his residence in the Sabongari area of Jalingo at about 1.30 am on Tuesday.

the gunmen invaded the area, shooting sporadically for over 30 minutes before whisking him away.

Though the gunmen are yet to establish communication with members of his family, it was gathered that

they headed towards the Gongon -Malik area of Jalingo.

Acting Public relations officer of Taraba command, Reform Leha who confirmed the incident said they

have intensified effort to arrest those behind the act.
