Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was pulled out of the Arsenal squad to face Southampton at the last minute due to
a personal matter.
The Arsenal captain was left out of the Gunners’ matchday squad for the trip to St Mary’s Stadium on Saturday.
Gabriel Martinelli, Eddie Nketiah, Nicolas Pepe and were selected in attack by Arteta, with Alexandre Lacazette
and Bukayo Saka on the bench. ‘He [Aubameyang] had a personal matter in the last few hours and we had to send
