Mino Raiola says Paul Pogba’s time at Manchester United is ‘over’
Paul Pogba’s agent Raiola, says the United star player is heading towards the exit door at Old Trafford
Raiola confirmed this in an interview with Tuttosport. Raiola said: “I can say that it’s over for Paul
Pogba at Manchester United
The Frenchman joined the club for a then-world record £89m deal in 2016 but he’s been consistently linked
with an exit in the last three years. Pogba’s current deal was due to expire at the end of the season but United
took up their option of extending it by a further 12 months, meaning the Frenchman is tied to the club until 2022.
Pogba has endured a difficult time of late at Old Trafford, although his fine strike sparked a 3-1 comeback win
over West Ham at the weekend.
The agent’s full interview is set to be released on Tuesday, on the eve of United’s crucial Champions League
game against RB Leipzig. Pogba had been keen to stay at Old Trafford after returning from injury in July
following the pandemic. However, he’s struggled for form and fitness this term and he openly admitted his
‘dream’ to join Real Madrid during the last international break. United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjær insist that
Pogba is in his plans
