Kodak Black vows to donate $1 million if President Trump grants him pardon
The Florida rapper Kodak Black who is currently serving a sentence for gun charges and is set for a 2022 release
has said he will make a $1 Million Donation to charity if he is granted a Presidential pardon.
The rapper took to Twitter on Friday (Nov. 27) saying that he will donate $1 million to charity if President
Donald Trump helps him get out of jail before he leaves the White House next year.

His legal team filed a petition in hopes of getting his sentence commuted by Trump in September.
A pardon is a government decision to Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution grants the president
the power to allow a person convicted or accused of a federal crime to be relieved of some or all of the legal
consequences.
