Kevin De Bruyne missed a golden opportunity to put City in the driver’s seat after missing from the spot

Pep Guardiola’s side were a distant second to the Reds last season and eight games into the 2020/21 campaign

and Keane believes with Sergio Aguero struggling with injuries, they aren’t able to make their dominance count
in matches – and criticized them for not investing in a striker in the summer.
“I think it’s going to be very difficult for City to win the league this year,” he told Sky Sports.
“There was no way they were going to keep up what they’ve done over the last two or three years,
