And the damage was so bad he was forced to wear a bandage for the win over Napoli on Saturday night.

It was not clear then why De Jong was sporting so much wrapping on his left hand but a post on social media,
plus an appearance in training on Monday showed the nasty impact of a bee sting which caused major swelling,
almost doubling his fist in size.
