Legendary Ghanaian rapper, Reggie Rockstone has called on the Government to shut down all schools In Ghana
as coronavirus keeps spreading.
Reginald Yaw Asante Ossei Better Known as Reggie Rockstone, the Godfather of Hiplife
has shared his thoughts on the current COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana.
The Ghanaian rapper who has been living in Ghana continuously since he pioneered the Hip-Life movement in 1994,
Reggie said in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz Fm
that he is not in support of children being kept in schools when there is no end in sight for the novel coronavirus pandemic.
According to him, these students should lose one year of academics than to risk them going to school at the detriment of their lives.
He urged the government as a matter of urgency to recall students back home to protect them against COVID-19.
